The Youth program is available to children ages 3 through 9. This program is designed for those new to soccer or the player who enjoys competing at the recreational level. Practices and games should foster a fun environment where the player can have success and learn the game. Games are played "small-sided" to allow for maximum touches on the ball and different game situations for the player to learn. 

***All divisions are determined by the players’ age on August 1***

This division is for players 3 and 4 years old. The game at this age is all about running, jumping, and kicking while learning to incorporate the ball. Players will learn soccer skills through fun, imaginative games. Games are played 3v3 on two side-by-side fields so that each team has 6 players playing at a time. Games are divided into 4 x 8 minute quarters. 

***In this age group only, there is also a ONE practice/week option. If you would prefer this, please select Under-5 ONE Practice during registration. The cost for this option is $80.

Under-6

Division is open to the 5 year old soccer player. Teams will practice twice a week and play a game on Saturday. The focus at this age group is the relationship between the player and their ball. Like the Under-5 age group, games are played on two side-by-side fields but teams will play 4v4. Games are divided into 4 x 8 minute quarters.

Under-8

Teams are either Coed or all Girls and practice twice a week with a game on Saturday. Games are played 6v6 with 5 field players and a goalkeeper. Games are divided into 4 x 10 minute quarters. Practices should focus on the 1v1, 2v2 aspects of soccer.

Pele (Under-10)

The oldest division in the Youth program is for players 8 and 9 years old. Like Under-8 age group, teams can be Coed or all Girls and will practice twice a week with a game on Saturday. Games are played 7v7 with 6 field players and a goalkeeper. Games are played with 2 x 25 minute halves. Players should continue to focus on 1v1, 2v2 skills while being introduced to 3v3 concepts.
